Under the direction of the Executive Board, provide for the detailed study and learning of State & Federal Finance and Legislative Issues including the implications for special education administration.
Recommend MAASE Position and Input Statements to the Executive Board and Legislative Action Committee.
Propose additions/deletions to the official MAASE Legislative Platform.
Establish and maintain a “MAASE Finance & Legislative Resource Center” on the MAASE Website.

Attendance: Finance and Legislation is a standing committee open to all MAASE members
